 Private Collection Clearwater Hills, Arizona steel 85" x 24" x 42" created 2006 There was always something about HalfPipe. This windchime (which, in HalfPipe's case, rings when the wind blows a windcatcher, rather than being struck) captures the hearts - and ears - of nearly everyone who sees it. At the October 2006 "Wonders & Wings" show, people kept returning to look at and ring it. With its graceful stand and warm tone, HalfPipe now stands proudly in its owners' front yard in an exclusive Arizona enclave. Fortunately, it's near the area's entrance, so visitors and other residents can still also enjoy it.
