 Commission Fran Reich Scottsdale, Arizona powder-coated steel 33" x 33" x 33" created 2006 Vortex comes twisting up out of the earth, a curled sliver of steel. The water seems to come from nowhere, as it spills out and trips down its ribs, bouncing from curve to curve before disappearing into the earth again.
