Wanting a bell to complement their home, view and love of art and sound, Jeff and Marla Jackson commissioned Kevin to build what is now known as TwinTones, not in the least of which because the stand - which reaches over 8 feet in height - sports two bells that can catch the wind that dances past their home in north Scottsdale.
The two bells hang from pins in the frame, which allow them to catch every breath of breeze.
